使用HttpWebRequest時，遇到“伺服器提交了協議衝突.Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR 後面必須是LF”

網上找了很多方法，基本都是在appConfig檔案中設定

方法確實有效！！但是呢，由於系統原因，並不想增加一個appConfig檔案

於是找了在程式碼中實現的方法：
