解決方法： 在想要安裝的模組用 mvn -X clean install 替代常規的：mvn install
提示: -X 去掉也可以，以及對聚合模組進行 clean install 也會把子模組一併進行 打包安裝！
-X,--debug Produce execution debug output
如果是在IntelliJ IDEA下，在執行mvn命令時吧mvn去掉就可以
Working Directory：Maven模組的路徑(常規pom所在目錄)
Command Line： mvn -X clean install
