環境：windows 7。

安裝過程中遇到的問題

1、error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat

2、1083: Cannot open include file: ‘basetsd.h‘

3、failed with exit status 1159 最終沒有解決。

後來是通過直接安裝二進制文件來達成（免去編譯的問題），下載地址：https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#twisted
