問題原因：
在IDE上運行項目是使用的jre，但是maven打包項目需要使用JDK
問題解決：
Window --->preferences --->java --->Installed JREs ---->Add一個JDK進來
然後在打包的過程中：應用JDK進行maven打包即可。
