方案1：
ubuntu安裝GNOME3，有一個簡單的辦法是直接裝 UBUNTU GNOME發行版。
以下是原16.04.02LTS 基礎上安裝gnome3桌面環境。
sudo apt-get install gnome-shell
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-gnome-desktop
值得註意的是，記得要在安裝gnome-shell的時候選擇那個gdm，不然開機默認還是unity
sudo apt-get install unity-tweak-tool
sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool
重啟

方案2：
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gnome-session-flashback
此方案可在Unity和Gnome之間切換，但是感覺gnome較為簡略。
